Qualification
- 5+ years of experience in security engineering, DevSecOps, solutions engineering, or GRC automation roles
- Experience working with GRC, compliance, or audit teams to build automation
- Direct experience implementing and integrating GRC platforms into production environments
- Strong scripting and integration skills using Python, JavaScript, APIs, or workflow automation tools
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, or NIST 800-53
Responsibility
- Design and implement automation for GRC operations
- Build dashboards and integrations to support compliance workflows
- Operationalize the selected GRC platform and integrate it with internal systems
- Ensure automated assurance processes are scalable across the organization
- Collaborate with security, compliance, legal, and infrastructure teams to translate policies into technical systems
