Programmatic Channel Sr. Associate | Acorns
Acorns is seeking a Senior Associate, Programmatic to support the execution, optimization, and day-to-day management of our programmatic advertising efforts. In this role, you will analyze performance data, implement campaign optimizations, and help ensure we are reaching customers at the right time with the right message while supporting Acorns' mission of making financial wellness accessible to all.
Acorns is a remote-first organization, offering the flexibility to work remotely while providing optional access to office space in Irvine, CA.
What you will do at Acorns:
- Support the execution of programmatic campaigns across DSPs to drive customer acquisition and engagement
- Assist in managing the campaign lifecycle, including trafficking, pacing, monitoring performance, and resolving technical issues
- Analyze performance data and implement optimizations across targeting, creative, and bidding to improve efficiency and ROI
- Partner with Data, Analytics, and Creative teams to ensure campaigns align with broader marketing goals and brand standards
- Contribute to reporting and insights by tracking performance and helping quantify the impact of programmatic on customer growth
What you will bring to Acorns:
- Hands-on experience managing programmatic media buying across DSPs, including platforms such as The Trade Desk, along with PMPs and ad servers, with a proven track record of meeting performance expectations.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex metrics into actionable campaign improvements.
- Operational rigor and a proactive approach to solving campaign issues and navigating the evolving digital landscape.

Compensation Information:
The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $90,000 and $100,000/year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including equity grants, and discretionary cash bonus awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
