Qualification
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Data Science.
- Experience with AI technologies and developing customer support solutions.
- Strong understanding of data analysis and database architecture.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor junior members.
- Experience in optimizing data pipelines and monitoring processes.
Responsibility
- Understand Acorns’ mission and build relationships with team members and stakeholders.
- Review and analyze proprietary datasets and existing Vector database architecture to identify gaps and propose improvements.
- Contribute to customer-facing projects, debugging and enhancing models, and delivering the virtual support bot MVP to production.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align AI efforts with business goals and mentor junior team members.
- Optimize data pipelines and establish scalable monitoring processes.
