The role involves leading the development of data pipelines and strategies, collaborating with engineering teams, and improving operational efficiency in a fast-paced startup environment.
Qualification
- Significant knowledge of the crypto industry, considering oneself crypto native.
- At least 4 years of hands-on experience with data modeling and schema design.
- Experience with PostgreSQL databases and data warehousing.
- Proven track record of facilitating engineering teams to increase productivity and quality.
- Strong understanding of data architecture, design, and infrastructure.
Responsibility
- Own Data Sourcing Pipelines and architect data warehousing and ingestion strategies.
- Design and Implement ETL Solutions, including accessing blockchain nodes and sourcing data from third parties.
- Grow Shared Knowledge by providing technical leadership and guidance to the team.
- Drive Operational Efficiency by improving data workflows and automating routine tasks.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Research, Product, and Engineering teams to lead initiatives.
