Conduit is a rapidly growing crypto-native cloud platform focused on scaling Ethereum through innovative rollup technology. The company seeks an experienced Account Executive to drive pre-sales efforts and shape the go-to-market strategy in a high-impact role within a dynamic startup environment.
Qualification
- Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in tech or crypto
- Strong understanding of Web3 technologies and the crypto ecosystem
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in building sales processes and strategies
- Demonstrated success in closing deals and achieving sales targets
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Responsibility
- Own the sales process from lead generation to closing deals
- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline
- Collaborate with the CEO and team on strategic opportunities
- Build processes, playbooks, and systems to support revenue targets
- Identify and pursue commercial opportunities in Web3 and enterprise verticals
- Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and propose solutions
- Track sales metrics and report on performance to stakeholders
