Qualification

  • Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in tech or crypto
  • Strong understanding of Web3 technologies and the crypto ecosystem
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in building sales processes and strategies
  • Demonstrated success in closing deals and achieving sales targets
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

Responsibility

  • Own the sales process from lead generation to closing deals
  • Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline
  • Collaborate with the CEO and team on strategic opportunities
  • Build processes, playbooks, and systems to support revenue targets
  • Identify and pursue commercial opportunities in Web3 and enterprise verticals
  • Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and propose solutions
  • Track sales metrics and report on performance to stakeholders
