Crusoe is seeking a Project Executive to lead hyperscale AI data center construction projects within its Digital Infrastructure segment. You will oversee multi-site, mission-critical builds, ensure on-time and on-budget delivery, lead construction teams, manage large budgets, and travel up to 30% to supervise sites globally.
Qualification
- 10+ years of construction management experience on mission-critical projects.
- Preferred experience building hyperscale data centers, large hospitals, or very complex manufacturing facilities.
- Proven track record delivering challenging projects on time and within or under budget.
- Deep understanding of construction best practices, budgeting, scheduling, and quality management.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage competing priorities.
- Willingness to travel up to 30% to oversee multiple project sites.
- Strong leadership, team-building, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities with cross-functional teams.
Responsibility
- Lead complex hyperscale AI data center construction projects from planning through handover, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery and the highest quality standards.
- Build and lead teams of construction professionals, coordinating with engineers, architects, general contractors, and suppliers.
- Develop and manage large-scale budgets, schedules, procurement plans, and cost-control strategies.
- Implement construction best practices, quality management, safety protocols, and regulatory compliance across all sites.
- Travel up to 30% to oversee multiple project sites and liaise with stakeholders globally.
- Collaborate with Crusoe's Digital Infrastructure teams to align projects with overall cloud infrastructure goals and roadmaps.
- Negotiate contracts with vendors/contractors and manage change orders to protect project scope and budget.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks; drive issue resolution and project governance.
