Crusoe is seeking a Senior Recruiter for its G&A functions to support its mission of accelerating energy and intelligence through sustainable technology. The role involves full-cycle recruiting, strategic partnership with hiring managers, and a focus on sourcing top talent in a fast-paced environment. This position is based onsite in San Francisco, CA, and offers competitive compensation and benefits.
Qualification
- 6+ years of full life-cycle recruiting experience in a variety of roles across G&A
- Strong sourcing capabilities, including passive candidate outreach via LinkedIn and other tools
- Experience recruiting in fast-paced, high-growth startup environments
- Skilled in salary and equity negotiation
- Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed hiring goals (e.g., 4+ hires per month)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Data-driven, with the ability to use recruiting metrics and market trends to guide hiring strategy
- Experience maintaining detailed documentation in an ATS
- Willingness and ability to travel as needed
Responsibility
- Partner closely with hiring managers as a strategic advisor and business partner
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process while ensuring a high-quality candidate experience
- Develop and maintain strong pipelines through proactive sourcing and outreach
- Conduct candidate interviews, provide timely updates, and lead compensation negotiations
- Create intake forms and collaborate with hiring managers to structure interview processes
