Crusoe is seeking a Senior Generalist Recruiter to support hiring across various business functions in Tel-Aviv, Israel. The role involves end-to-end recruitment for both technical and non-technical teams, focusing on attracting top talent in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong hiring track record in the Israeli market and exceptional sourcing and stakeholder management skills.
Qualification
- 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience across technical and business roles in Israel
- Deep expertise in sourcing passive talent (LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, local tech communities, employee referrals, sourcing tools, etc.)
- Experience hiring in fast-growth startups or scale-up environments
- Strong understanding of Israeli compensation trends, equity norms, and negotiation best practices
- Proven ability to manage high hiring volume while maintaining quality and speed
- Exceptional communicator with the ability to influence and partner with senior stakeholders
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple roles simultaneously
- Data-driven, using metrics and market insights to shape hiring decisions and strategy
- Experienced in working with ATS systems and structured interview processes
Responsibility
- Partner with hiring managers as a trusted talent advisor, aligning on requirements, market insights, and hiring strategy
- Lead the full recruitment lifecycle while delivering a best-in-class candidate experience
- Build and nurture diverse talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, community engagement, and local market mapping
- Conduct interviews, provide timely feedback, and lead compensation discussions aligned to the Israeli market
- Design and optimize interview processes, scorecards, and hiring workflows
- Provide market intelligence on local salary benchmarks, talent availability, and competitor hiring trends
- Maintain accurate recruiting data, documentation, and insights within our ATS
