Senior+ Solutions Engineer
Crusoe
Crusoe is seeking a Senior+ Solutions Engineer to support enterprise customers in deploying AI/ML workloads on their GPU infrastructure. This role involves hands-on technical expertise in Kubernetes and MLOps, focusing on customer enablement and optimizing workloads post-sale. The ideal candidate will have a passion for AI infrastructure and experience in cloud environments.
Qualification
- 3-5 years of experience with Kubernetes and containerized workloads
- Experience with Helm, Terraform, Docker, and multi-node orchestration
- Demonstrated success deploying ML frameworks on Kubernetes
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure)
- Strong customer-facing technical skills and ability to lead technical engagements
Responsibility
- Lead technical onboarding and deployment of AI/ML workloads with enterprise customers
- Own the Proof of Concept (PoC) process and post-sales optimization
- Architect and deploy ML workloads using Kubernetes-based stacks
- Deploy and optimize AI/ML workloads directly on Crusoe infrastructure
- Help customers migrate workloads across AWS, Azure, and GCP
- Conduct workshops, live demos, and solution reviews
- Relay customer feedback to internal teams for platform improvement
