Crusoe is seeking a Senior to Senior Staff Solutions Engineer to support enterprise customers in deploying AI/ML workloads on high-performance GPU infrastructure. This role involves hands-on technical expertise in Kubernetes and MLOps, focusing on customer enablement and optimizing workloads post-sale. The position emphasizes collaboration with engineering teams and requires strong communication skills to relay customer feedback and conduct technical workshops.
Qualification
- 7+ years of experience building and deploying containerized workloads with deep Kubernetes expertise.
- Experience with Helm, Terraform, Docker, and multi-node orchestration.
- Demonstrated success deploying ML frameworks like Ray, MLflow, and Airflow on Kubernetes for inference and model training workflows.
- Familiarity with compute, storage, networking, and scaling in AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Strong customer-facing technical confidence to navigate stakeholder conversations and lead technical engagements.
Responsibility
- Lead technical onboarding and deployment of complex AI/ML workloads with strategic enterprise customers.
- Architect and deploy ML workloads using Kubernetes-based stacks such as Ray and Kubeflow.
- Deploy and optimize AI/ML workloads directly on Crusoe infrastructure, ensuring performance at the container and hardware level.
- Assist customers in migrating and adapting workloads across AWS, Azure, and GCP, explaining tradeoffs between cloud-native and Crusoe-native approaches.
- Conduct workshops, live demos, and solution reviews, contributing to case studies and solution briefs.
