DatologyAI is seeking a Forward Deployed AI Engineer to guide customers in deploying and operating their data curation platform in complex environments. This role involves close collaboration with Sales, Research, and Engineering to ensure successful deployments and customer satisfaction. The company focuses on optimizing training data for AI models, significantly improving training efficiency and model performance.
Qualification
- Strong technical background in AI and machine learning.
- Experience with deploying and operating software in on-prem or hybrid environments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, particularly in distributed systems.
- Ability to build relationships with customers and cross-functional teams.
- Experience in a customer-facing technical role, preferably in a startup environment.
Responsibility
- Lead customers through onboarding, deployment, and production rollout of DatologyAI’s platform.
- Serve as the technical owner for assigned accounts, driving architecture and execution.
- Develop tailored technical success plans for long-term adoption of the platform.
- Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and Research to translate customer use-cases into technical solutions.
- Act as a trusted technical advisor for strategic customers, addressing their unique requirements.
