Qualification
- Experience building a wide range of systems, including retrieval pipelines, reasoning agents, and multimodal integrations.
- Expertise in developing intelligent systems using models, focusing on compound AI systems and agentic collaboration techniques.
- Proven track record of research results, including publications in top journals or notable work shared publicly.
- Daily use of AI tools like ChatGPT, Cursor, and Perplexity to enhance personal workflow.
- Strong research background with a focus on innovative applications of AI.
Responsibility
- Identify new classes of AI systems through hypothesis generation and exploration of various architectures and modalities.
- Draw connections across different domains to uncover new system archetypes for human–AI collaboration.
- Experiment with unconventional problem definitions and develop prototypes to reveal new categories of collaboration.
- Collaborate with a team of AI Engineers and Researchers to push the boundaries of AI utilization in enterprise settings.
- Engage in creative research that goes beyond traditional methods to redefine software applications.
