The engineering team is looking for a Front End Software Engineer with expertise in React and NextJS to contribute to building and optimizing web applications for major brands.
Qualification
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering.
- 3+ years of experience specifically owning a React/NextJS project (TypeScript is a plus).
- Experience with scaling front end state/cache and handling large data loads.
- Initiative to improve overall code quality in the codebase.
- Experience owning the UI of a large product/feature from start to finish.
- Strong communication skills and understanding of front end and backend data/API interactions.
- Ability to work at a fast pace and manage project scope effectively.
Responsibility
- Develop, design, create, modify, and test desktop and mobile web software applications or systems.
- Architect efficient and reusable front-end systems that drive complex web applications.
- Implement features and user interfaces to optimize performance of user-facing products.
- Interface with customers and stakeholders to understand business needs and identify technical solutions.
- Collaborate with other engineers through agile practices like peer code reviews and documentation.
- Create build specs and PRD for projects.
- Lead projects from PRD to deployment, ensuring code quality and testing.
