The Product Strategy Manager will play a pivotal role in developing frameworks for client launches, acting as a relationship manager, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure product solutions meet customer needs.

Qualification

  • 5+ years of work experience in Product, Consulting, Strategy, Marketing, or Customer Success roles.
  • Proven ability to partner with and persuade senior executive stakeholders.
  • Experience managing cross-functional projects.
  • Strong understanding of customer loyalty and membership programs.
  • Ability to create best practices frameworks for structuring program benefits.

Responsibility

  • Develop an extensible framework and playbooks for future client launches.
  • Serve as a primary relationship manager and thought partner to customers.
  • Guide customers in understanding their customers and personalizing their experience.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders in Sales, Product, and Engineering.
  • Act as the 'voice of the customer' in internal discussions about the product roadmap.
  • Drive the successful rollout and adoption of new solutions for existing customers.
