Qualification
- MS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- 3+ years of industry experience in NLP and machine learning, focusing on LLMs.
- Strong programming skills in Python.
- Experience with deep learning frameworks.
- Knowledge of generative AI technology and its applications in healthcare.
Responsibility
- Develop and improve Large Language Models (LLMs) for healthcare applications.
- Conduct research in areas such as instruction tuning, reinforcement learning, and multilinguality.
- Optimize computational efficiency and cost-effectiveness of LLM deployments.
- Tailor LLMs to meet domain-specific requirements in healthcare.
- Collaborate with a team of research scientists and engineers to solve complex challenges.
