- Experience building projects from scratch

- Demonstrated excellence in education or work
- Familiarity with Next.js and AWS
Responsibility
- Optimize ranking of profile results
- Add new filters or data sources to the search engine
- Enhance user experience during onboarding
- Design, build, and ship product features end to end
- Fine-tune models to extract insights from profiles
- Build feedback loops for improving search queries
