Qualification

  • HND/Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or a related field.
  • At least 2+ years of experience in a corporate environment, preferably in BPO or call center.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel.
  • Result-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets.

Responsibility

  • Drive sales growth by introducing and selling M-KOPA products to existing customers.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to foster loyalty.
  • Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and objections professionally.
  • Maintain high call quality benchmarks by delivering accurate information.
  • Meet expected talk time and productivity goals.
