The role involves building scalable AI data infrastructure and collaborating with various teams to support personalized AI products. The company is rapidly expanding its user base and use cases, aiming to deliver fast and personalized answers globally.
Qualification
- Strong programming and data engineering skills with proficiency in AWS, Spark, Flink, Iceberg, DynamoDB
- Familiarity with cloud-based data services and containerized infrastructure
- Strong quantitative and engineering skills for performance estimation at scale
- Experience supporting ML/AI engineering teams to build scalable frameworks
- Experience in improving LLM responses and setting up evaluation frameworks
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership
- 5+ years of industry experience in distributed systems or AI infrastructure
Responsibility
- Collaborate with AI Product, Applied ML, Post-Training, and Data Science teams to design and maintain scalable data pipelines and lakes
- Develop high-performance infrastructure for personalization features
- Create a scalable, multi-modal evaluation platform for AI products
- Design tools and abstractions to enhance personalization, analytics, and recommendations
- Improve engineering foundation to support rapid growth of products and user base
