As a wholly owned member of the Qantas Group, Network Aviation delivers high‑capacity charter and scheduled passenger services through a growing fleet of A320, A319 and F100 aircraft, with the E190 set to enter service soon.

The Technical Services Engineer – Configuration and Components is a fixed-term role supporting the entry into service of the E190. The role will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, integrity and regulatory compliance of aircraft component and configuration records across the fleet, including configuration baselines, life‑limited parts (LLPs), component traceability and the incorporation of ADs, SBs, EOs and ICA requirements.
The role oversees the validation and loading of component, engine, APU and module records into the MIS, ensuring correct modification status, serialisation, usage data and compliance documentation, while maintaining full configuration control and traceability.
Working closely with maintenance providers, repair vendors, reliability teams and internal stakeholders, you will resolve component and configuration discrepancies, ensure documentation integrity and support improvements to component performance, reliability and airworthiness.
You’ll Bring:
- Minimum 5 years Technical Services experience
- Minimum 5 years aviation experience within a CAMO, AMO or operational environment
- Aircraft maintenance trade qualification, Bachelor degree or equivalent tertiary qualification
- Demonstrated component configuration experience
- Strong knowledge of CASA and international airworthiness regulatory requirements
- High attention to detail with strong stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to prioritise workload and perform effectively under pressure
- E190, A320 and / or F100 type course or AME licence (desirable)
