ALSO is an electric mobility company focused on creating innovative small electric vehicles. The Technical Program Manager, Vehicle Lead will oversee vehicle program execution, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical engineering, or a related engineering field.
- 7+ years of experience in program management, product management, engineering or similar cross-functional role.
- Track record of taking consumer electronics, vehicles, or similar hardware devices from concept to launch.
- Experience managing design releases, validation test plans, build execution, and supply chain management.
- Proficiency with program management software tools (i.e., JIRA, Smartsheets, Agile/Arena).
Responsibility
- Lead execution of the vehicle program through NPI development and launch/sustaining phases.
- Develop and drive program schedules, technical issues, and resource needs with engineering and cross-functional teams.
- Manage communication of progress/status with stakeholders and leadership across various locations and time zones.
- Provide timely issue resolution and critical path management as priorities shift.
- Understand system-level part interactions and manage plans for vehicle DVP testing, pilots, and field trials.
- Adapt lean processes to the program and organization.
