ALSO is an electric mobility company focused on innovative small EVs. They are seeking a Vehicle Product Manager to lead the strategy and definition of their pedal-powered micromobility platform, ensuring products meet user needs and market demands.
Qualification
- 5+ years of product management experience in bicycles, micromobility, electric vehicles, or related hardware.
- Deep understanding of bicycle systems — frame design, drivetrains, component integration, and ergonomics.
- Experience in conducting user research and competitive analysis.
- Strong collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and sales.
- Ability to translate market insights into product strategy and requirements.
Responsibility
- Own the product roadmap for pedal-powered 2-wheel vehicles, defining platform evolution and variant differentiation.
- Translate rider insights, market data, and emerging trends into clear product requirements and success criteria.
- Lead concept exploration and requirement alignment across design, engineering, and operations.
- Conduct user research, field testing, and competitive analysis across commuter, cargo, and recreational cycling segments.
- Represent the voice of the rider and advocate for their needs throughout product development.
- Gather and synthesize insights from retail partners, fleet operators, and early adopters.
- Partner with engineering and design to align on technical feasibility, aesthetics, and performance.
- Track product performance, feedback, and market reception to inform roadmap updates.
