They are seeking an Engineering Manager for their Gen AI platform team, responsible for leading the development of core infrastructure for AI-driven workflows and systems. The role involves mentoring engineers, collaborating with various teams, and ensuring high standards in software quality and compliance.
Qualification
- 5+ years of experience as a software engineer and 2+ years in a management role.
- Experience in AI Infrastructure, specifically with LLM workflows and agentic systems.
- Ability to provide constructive feedback on technical designs and code reviews.
- Experience in building secure and compliant systems on cloud platforms, preferably GCP.
- Familiarity with containers, databases, and modern frontend frameworks.
Responsibility
- Recruit and mentor engineers with expertise in LLM-driven workflows and Agentic systems.
- Provide regular feedback and create opportunities for career growth within the team.
- Collaborate with ML/AI Research, Inference, Data, and Product teams to manage multiple projects.
- Guide architectural discussions and resolve technical challenges while advocating for technology projects.
- Set high standards for software quality, communication, collaboration, and compliance with industry standards.
