Abridge is a healthcare technology company focused on improving clinical documentation through AI-powered solutions. The Financial Operations Lead will manage core accounting processes and support financial operations in a high-growth environment, reporting directly to the Controller.
Qualification
- Strong foundation in accounting, ideally from a Big 4 firm.
- Experience with financial systems and automation.
- Ability to manage day-to-day accounting operations.
- Familiarity with ASC 606 revenue recognition.
- Experience in preparing for audits and maintaining financial documentation.
Responsibility
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, collections, cash applications, and reconciliations.
- Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analyses for month-end close.
- Own customer invoicing and revenue recognition under ASC 606.
- Assist with external audits by preparing schedules and supporting documentation.
- Maintain subledgers, schedules, and reconciliations for weekly reporting.
- Build and refine accounting policies, workflows, and checklists.
