Responsibility
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of automated workflows for user and license management across SaaS platforms.
- Develop scalable workflow automation solutions for onboarding, access requests, and IT support.
- Design and implement automated lifecycle management solutions for corporate assets like laptops and servers.
- Build robust API integrations for disparate systems using event-driven architectures.
- Drive automation in Identity and Access Management (IAM) focusing on role assignment and policy enforcement.
