Responsibility
- Answer guest questions and direct them to important areas of the venue
- Operate coat check rooms following established guidelines
- Scan tickets for entry and administer wristbands for events
- Greet guests and resolve complaints, monitoring guest conduct
- Seat guests and assist ADA patrons
- Enforce venue policies and complete required trainings
- Act as a member of the emergency evacuation team
- Monitor venue compliance with fire department safety regulations
