Responsibility

  • Answer guest questions and direct them to important areas of the venue
  • Operate coat check rooms following established guidelines
  • Scan tickets for entry and administer wristbands for events
  • Greet guests and resolve complaints, ensuring a safe environment
  • Seat guests and assist ADA patrons
  • Enforce venue policies and complete required trainings
  • Act as a member of the emergency evacuation team during emergencies
  • Monitor venue during guest arrival and exit for safety compliance
