Responsibility
- Answer guest questions and direct them to important areas of the venue.
- Operate coat check rooms according to established guidelines.
- Scan tickets for entry and administer wristbands for event access.
- Greet guests, resolve complaints, and monitor guest conduct for safety.
- Seat guests and assist ADA patrons.
- Enforce venue policies and complete required trainings.
- Act as a member of the emergency evacuation team during facility emergencies.
- Monitor venue compliance with fire department safety regulations.
