Responsibility

  • Answer guest questions and direct them to important areas of the venue.
  • Operate coat check rooms according to established guidelines.
  • Scan tickets for entry and administer wristbands for event access.
  • Greet guests, resolve complaints, and monitor guest conduct for safety.
  • Seat guests and assist ADA patrons.
  • Enforce venue policies and complete required trainings.
  • Act as a member of the emergency evacuation team during facility emergencies.
  • Monitor venue compliance with fire department safety regulations.
