Responsibility
- Monitor assigned area of venue on foot and report unusual occurrences.
- Control access points to ensure appropriate entry for guests and employees.
- Escort artists, VIPs, and guests to prevent disruption or injury.
- Respond to fire alarms and enact fire safety protocols as needed.
- Document medical situations and assist with first aid and coordination of medical personnel.
- Assist with customer service needs before, during, and after events.
