Senior Platform Product Manager for Airbnb's Community Experience Platform, responsible for leading major experience platforms that power guest/host support journeys. You will define the vision and strategy, drive a scalable roadmap, and partner with engineering, design, analytics, and product marketing to deliver high-impact platform capabilities with a strong focus on user experience and measurable outcomes.

Qualification

  • Extensive experience as a product/ platform manager leading cross-functional teams in a large-scale environment.
  • Proven track record delivering complex platform experiences that power customer support journeys.
  • Ability to define success with measurable objectives and key results (OKRs) and measure progress with analytics.
  • Strong collaboration, communication, and influencing skills across engineering, design, analytics, and product marketing.
  • Experience shaping roadmaps and product strategy and delivering on high-profile programs.
  • User-experience focused with passion for improving guest/host journeys and platform usability.
  • Proficiency with product analytics, dashboards, and data-driven decision making; familiarity with A/B testing is a plus.
  • Experience with Jira and Confluence or similar tools to manage requirements and track progress.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, matrixed organization and partnering with multiple stakeholders across the company.

Responsibility

  • Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for major experience platforms supporting Airbnb’s support experiences.
  • Lead cross-functional teams across engineering, design, analytics, and product marketing to execute on a shared vision.
  • Define success using clearly measurable objectives and key results (OKRs) and monitor progress with product analytics and dashboards.
  • Drive high-profile projects end-to-end, prioritizing initiatives, managing trade-offs, and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Influence and align stakeholders across the company to achieve unified outcomes and champion customer-centric platform improvements.
  • Collaborate with design and user-research teams to optimize the guest/host support journeys and overall user experience.
  • Champion reliability, scalability, and performance of the platform and continuously iterate based on feedback and metrics.
  • Use data-driven decision making, competitive analysis, and market feedback to inform roadmap adjustments and new opportunities.
