Qualification

  • Proven ability to develop and execute GTM strategies for the UK, Ireland, and France.
  • Strong leadership, people management, and coaching skills to build a high-performing team.
  • Ability to partner with commercial, sales, and global marketing teams to deliver ambitious growth targets.
  • Experience managing multi-channel marketing programs (demand generation, brand, digital, partnerships).
  • Data-driven mindset with ability to measure ROI, marketing analytics, and communicate insights to leadership.
  • Based in the United Kingdom and able to work in a role that is UK-based.

Responsibility

  • Develop the marketing strategy and plan for the UK, Ireland, and France, partnering with commercial teams to set the go-to-market (GTM) approach.
  • Build and develop a growing team of field, partner, and country marketing managers; provide leadership and mentorship.
  • Lead the regional marketing team to deliver ambitious growth targets and drive demand across the region.
  • Partner closely with commercial, sales, and global marketing teams to deliver growth targets and ensure alignment with global campaigns and priorities.
  • Accelerate Airwallex’s growth and market presence in the UK, Ireland, and France through integrated multi-channel marketing programs (demand generation, brand, digital, partnerships).
  • Drive cross-functional alignment to ensure consistent brand messaging while leveraging global resources.
  • Define, monitor, and optimize regional marketing metrics, ROI, and pipeline contribution; report performance to leadership.
