Qualification

- Experience with advanced UCD techniques like rapid prototyping and remote testing
- Capability to develop solutions across various platforms and devices
- Experience leading User Experience work streams on complex projects
- Strong collaborative skills and ability to promote teamwork
- Cross-functional understanding of various disciplines within Strategic Services
Responsibility
- Apply solid user experience and usability principles while seeking opportunities to innovate
- Demonstrate excellent knowledge of user-centered design (UCD) principles and apply them flexibly across various projects
- Contribute to the overall strategic client approach considering marketplace, consumer, and technology factors
- Utilize advanced UCD techniques such as rapid prototyping and remote testing to enhance user experience processes
- Develop solutions for diverse touchpoints, platforms, and devices including mobile, web, and social
- Lead User Experience work streams on large-scale and complex projects
- Promote collaborative work practices and identify opportunities for quality improvement
- Articulate the purpose and value of other disciplines within Strategic Services and identify when their input is needed
