Qualification

  • Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or related discipline required
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in engineering
  • Proven track record of successfully managing a broad range of projects
  • Experience in planning and design of land development projects
  • Strong communication skills for managing client relationships

Responsibility

  • Mentor and direct the advancement of the technical skills of staff while executing projects
  • Manage technical elements of a project, including assessing necessary analyses and approaches
  • Ensure the development of high-quality engineering documents
  • Communicate technical progress and issues to Project Manager in a timely manner
  • Adhere to internal procedures for quality control, documentation, and project tracking
  • Contribute to other project work as a technical specialist or advisor
  • Provide input into the growth of the practice
  • Perform, review, and manage technical analysis and design, ensuring compliance with PQMP
