Qualification
- Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or related discipline required
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in engineering
- Proven track record of successfully managing a broad range of projects
- Experience in planning and design of land development projects
- Strong communication skills for managing client relationships
Responsibility
- Mentor and direct the advancement of the technical skills of staff while executing projects
- Manage technical elements of a project, including assessing necessary analyses and approaches
- Ensure the development of high-quality engineering documents
- Communicate technical progress and issues to Project Manager in a timely manner
- Adhere to internal procedures for quality control, documentation, and project tracking
- Contribute to other project work as a technical specialist or advisor
- Provide input into the growth of the practice
- Perform, review, and manage technical analysis and design, ensuring compliance with PQMP
