The Senior Fullstack Engineer will be a key member of the AI capability within the Growth Squad, responsible for developing AI solutions that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency. This role involves collaboration across various teams to implement AI use cases that drive customer acquisition and retention.
Qualification
- Deep expertise in large language models (LLMs) and prompt engineering.
- Experience with AI frameworks such as LangChain or Semantic Kernel.
- Strong understanding of systems thinking and scalable solution design.
- Proven ability to manage AI model versioning and deployment processes.
- Experience in developing AI solutions that drive business outcomes.
Responsibility
- Design and build agentic LLM systems to automate processes and enhance customer interactions.
- Lead the end-to-end development of AI tools and agents using frameworks like LangChain or Semantic Kernel.
- Ensure robust deployment of AI models to production with proper versioning and monitoring.
- Continuously fine-tune and optimize AI models for performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with growth, data, product, and operations teams to scope and implement AI use cases.
