The role involves collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, mentoring junior colleagues, and ensuring high-quality, maintainable code. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of mobile UI development and experience with various architectures and testing frameworks.
Qualification
- Strong commercial experience with Flutter and Dart
- Experience in native iOS/Android development
- Proficiency in Swift, ObjectiveC, Java, or Kotlin
- Familiarity with architectures like MVVM, MVP, VIP
- Hands-on experience with mobile UI development and design systems
- Experience with Git source control and Agile methodologies
Responsibility
- Develop and enhance the Flutter app as part of multidisciplinary teams
- Plan and prioritize work with input from team members
- Understand the domain and proactively identify new requirements
- Encourage participation in the community of practice
- Identify ways to enhance client relationships and develop new capabilities
- Mentor junior colleagues through pair programming and support
