The position is hybrid, requiring presence in the San Francisco office three times a week.
Qualification
- 5+ years of experience in engineering challenges and building scalable systems
- Proficient with cloud providers (AWS, GCP), containers (Docker), and databases (Postgres)
- Skilled at mentoring engineers while remaining hands-on
- Demonstrated ability to own end-to-end execution from concept to results
- Ability to thrive in complex and ambiguous environments
Responsibility
- Design and architect major product features leveraging AI advancements
- Anticipate system bottlenecks and proactively re-architect key components
- Lead product initiatives with high strategic value
