- Strong technical skills with hands-on coding experience.
- Ability to set clear expectations and provide regular feedback and coaching to team members.
Responsibility
- Lead the current product engineering team, including front-end, mobile, and backend developers.
- Design, guide, and vet systems design related to product development.
- Scale the current team by hiring and onboarding new members.
- Develop a high-performing team of software engineers through coaching and mentorship.
- Ensure high technical standards by instituting processes and fostering a culture of engineering excellence.
- Align internal business partners and leadership around product growth strategies.
- Measure and own the quality and experience of the product.
