Qualification
- Experience in immersive technical projects
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- 5+ years of electrical/design experience
- Experience in PCB design and ECAD tools (Altium, KiCAD)
- Hands-on prototyping skills (soldering, board assembly)
Responsibility
- Execute rapid evaluation of engineering concepts in various fields
- Identify and manage early vendor relationships
- Perform trade studies and physics-based analysis
- Manage internal and external market research
- Design, implement, and test complex electro-mechanical systems
- Lead design reviews and define hardware test plans
- Build prototypes and analyze failures
- Support hardware demonstrations with customers
- Travel to test sites as needed
- Use first principles physics for decision making
