Qualification
- 3+ years of Research & Development experience in RF and antennas
- Proficient knowledge of RF concepts
- Experience with antenna design and optimization
- Ability to perform link-budget analysis
- Familiarity with stealth technology and low observable systems
Responsibility
- Assist in the design and development of antennas for low observable unmanned air vehicles
- Design, simulate, and optimize antennas to meet RF performance and RADAR cross section requirements
- Perform link-budget analysis to support RF system architecture trades
- Lead IR&D development of antenna designs through rapid prototyping
- Collaborate with subcontractors and internal teams to integrate antenna systems onto unmanned platforms
- Develop analysis tools and workflows for antenna predictions
- Plan and execute antenna performance and RCS testing
