Qualification
- Proven experience in electrical engineering design and development
- Strong understanding of PCB design and electrical systems
- Experience with ruggedized hardware design for military applications
- Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team environment
- Familiarity with AI and autonomous systems
Responsibility
- Own the design of ruggedized electronics for military applications
- Scale legacy design concepts to support full-rate production
- Collaborate with Architecture and Product Management teams to define system requirements
- Identify high-risk areas in design and development
- Drive end-to-end development from electrical architecture to verification and testing
