Qualification
- Experience in full cycle PCB design including schematic design and component selection
- Proficiency in high-speed digital, precision analog, RF, and high-power design
- Familiarity with design for manufacturing (DFM) principles
- Experience with low-level firmware development
- Ability to conduct design reviews and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Strong problem-solving skills and experience in root cause analysis
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

- Design market leading hardware products with a cross-functional team
- Drive product maturity through rapid prototyping, design verification, and qualification activities
- Apply modern design standards to create high-reliability, manufacturable assemblies
- Implement high-speed digital, precision analog, RF, and high-power designs
- Establish internal guidelines for design for manufacturing (DFM) and quality outputs
- Conduct peer-level and cross-discipline design reviews
- Develop low-level firmware for bring-up and testing
- Perform root cause analysis to support production operations
- Manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment
