- Ability to manage expensive inventory effectively.
- Strong analytical skills to identify process improvement opportunities.
Responsibility
- Develop and implement material management strategies, policies, and procedures to comply with regulations.
- Hire and train talent to manage material flow according to Anduril guidelines.
- Create processes to increase efficiency and eliminate waste in materials management.
- Implement systems that align with Anduril Federal policies on government property and inventory management.
- Establish End-to-End material management measures to ensure inventory accuracy and mitigate stock issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for accurate demand forecasting and procurement planning.
- Align material availability with production schedules to minimize disruptions.
