Qualification
- Proven experience in product design, preferably in complex technical environments.
- Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions and processes.
- Experience with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and communicate design rationale effectively.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and iterative design processes.
Responsibility
- Drive the end-to-end user experience for platform, internal R&D, or vertical product investments; balancing near-term experiments with long-term strategy & vision.
- Shape how product design integrates with engineering & product management through collaboration, iterative prototyping, and implementation guidance.
- Lead the definition of high-impact product experiences, ensuring they meet user needs and operational requirements.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and validate concepts.
- Collaborate with designers and researchers to develop a deep understanding of Anduril customers and their needs.
