Anduril Industries, a defense technology company, is seeking a Senior Quality Engineer to join their Fury Launch Team in Columbus, Ohio. The role involves ensuring high-quality standards for Group 5 Autonomous Vehicles throughout the product life cycle, from design to production. Candidates will undergo a 3-month training program in Costa Mesa, CA before returning to Ohio.
Qualification
- Experience in manufacturing and product development for autonomous vehicles.
- Strong knowledge of quality assurance processes and methodologies.
- Ability to work hands-on and be accountable for results.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
- Experience in developing quality control plans and conducting audits.
Responsibility
- Work closely with the design team to ensure quality is integrated from the outset.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of product design and manufacturing processes.
- Collaborate with internal and external functions to define and execute reliable product processes.
- Direct quality engineers in sub-systems, processes, production, and supplier development.
- Develop and implement quality control plans and procedures for the Group 5 Autonomous Vehicle product.
- Conduct quality audits and inspections to identify and address issues during product development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues.
