Responsibility
- Define a vision and develop a strategy for maturing the delivery model for the Altius business line.
- Strengthen and grow a dedicated software discipline for complex customer projects.
- Lead and execute complex customer programs, managing customer spend and transitioning from R&D to production.
- Build and manage a portfolio of software-driven programs for major customer spend or self-funded IRAD.
- Lead system design, technical evaluations, software development, system integration, testing, and deployment.
- Attract, retain, and grow top talent in software and robotics engineering.
