The Air Dominance & Strike team develops aerial robotic systems and autonomy software, including Lattice for Mission Autonomy, to enable collaboration among various robotic platforms. They seek experienced software engineers and roboticists to contribute to the development of complex autonomy features for military applications.
Qualification
- Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Top Secret security clearance.
- BS in Robotics, Computer Science, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in motion planning, perception, localization, mapping, controls, or related systems.
- Strong programming skills in languages relevant to robotics and software development.
- Experience with AI, computer vision, and sensor fusion technologies.
Responsibility
- Write and maintain core libraries and services for collaborative robot teams, focusing on motion deconfliction and contingency management.
- Own major feature development and rollout for complex products, including terminal-phase autonomy for air vehicles.
- Collaborate with hardware teams and operational experts to align on product requirements and iterate designs.
- Develop and implement test plans for live surrogates and other testing environments.
- Contribute to the design and development of autonomy software stacks, including computer vision and motion planning.
