Anduril Industries is seeking a Technical Operations Engineer for its Intelligence Systems team. This role involves providing end-to-end support for hardware and software systems, ensuring seamless integration and operation, and working closely with customers in the field. The position requires a strong technical background and the ability to troubleshoot and solve problems in real-time.
Qualification
- Currently possesses and is able to maintain an active U.S. Top Secret SCI security clearance.
- Strong experience with basic Linux usage.
- Knowledge of basic DC electrical systems.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently in the field and collaborate with customers and team members.
- Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent technical experience.
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 50%.
- Proficient in working with hands and tools to assemble systems.
Responsibility
- Provide end-to-end support including hardware setup and software configuration.
- Pre-configure systems and ensure seamless integration with program infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot issues in real-time, applying analytical thinking and hands-on problem-solving skills.
- Author training documentation and instructions for end users and internal program usage.
- Configure and troubleshoot networking environments, including firewalls, routers, switches, access points, and cloud-based environments.
