Anduril Industries is seeking a Technical Recruiter on a 6-month contract basis to join their recruiting team. The role focuses on sourcing and managing candidates primarily for Hardware Engineering, while also supporting other areas as needed. The recruiter will work onsite in Seattle, WA or Costa Mesa, CA, and will be responsible for building recruiting strategies, tracking performance metrics, and establishing partnerships with business leaders to influence talent strategy.
Qualification
- Experience in recruiting, particularly in technical fields such as Hardware Engineering.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze data and metrics to improve recruiting processes.
- Experience with candidate management tools and techniques.
- Proven ability to close candidates and manage the hiring process effectively.

- Source and track a high volume of candidates while maintaining communication with stakeholders.
- Establish trust and partnership with business leaders to influence talent strategy.
- Develop an understanding of the mission to effectively pitch the team and close technical talent.
- Track and analyze pipeline and performance data for insights into improvement.
- Build recruiting strategies that contribute to long-term growth and implement best practices.
- Act as a subject matter expert in prospecting techniques and tools for candidate management.
- Conduct interviews with candidates, anticipating hiring manager preferences.
