- Manage the day-to-day general office operations, including coordinating logistics and support across teams such as Production, R&D, Business Development, IT, and senior leadership.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to address office-related concerns and implement solutions that foster a positive and productive work environment.
- Own seating arrangements, space utilization, and onboarding logistics for new hires, ensuring alignment with current and future headcount needs.
- Manage all office maintenance and vendor relationships to ensure operational efficiency.
- Develop and manage the operations of a world-class facilities program.
