Qualification
- 5-7 years of hands-on experience in systems engineering, data engineering, or software development.
- Demonstrated ability to build automated workflows and data pipelines.
- Experience building integrations using REST APIs, webhooks, or similar technologies.
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO, HIPAA, and FedRAMP.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP) and CI/CD pipelines.
Responsibility
- Design, build, and maintain automated workflows for risk management and compliance processes.
- Develop data pipelines and analytics infrastructure for real-time visibility into compliance posture.
- Evaluate, select, and implement GRC platforms and tools, configuring them to meet compliance requirements.
- Build integrations connecting GRC tooling with cloud infrastructure and other systems for automated evidence collection.
- Support audit and assessment programs by building automated evidence collection systems.
