Qualification
- 4+ years of software engineering experience.
- Experience with high performance, large scale distributed systems.
- Familiarity with large scale LLM training.
- Proficiency in Python.
- Experience implementing LLM finetuning algorithms, such as RLHF.
Responsibility
- Build and maintain algorithms and infrastructure for training AI models.
- Improve the performance, robustness, and usability of AI training systems.
- Support and empower the research team in AI development.
- Profile reinforcement learning pipelines for optimization opportunities.
- Launch training jobs in a test environment.
